Section Head & General Supporting Staff to School Management


General Qualifications :

• Male / Female Max. 35 years
• Holding at least a Diploma / Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• Having 3-5 years hands-on experiences in managerial level ( Head position) and 1-3 years experiences ( staff position) especially in human resources, handling people / employees issues , finance, and operation management. Having experiences in education industry is an advantage.
• Familiar with Education Quality Management (Accreditation Borang) or Regulation on Higher Education is an advantage.
• Showing good competence in leadership, team work, analytical thinking and decision making.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource/ Engineering (Industrial)/ Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/ Civil Engineering / Library Medicine or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Good communication skills ( oral and written English)
4. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
5. To be located in Laguboti, Toba Samosir, North Sumatera
