Requirements:
* At least 1 year experience
* Excellent Customer service
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Good computer skills and Internet savvy
* Very Well Experienced with Microsoft Word & Excell is a must and is NOT just a typing skill.
* Can handle proper etiquette in receiving telephone calls and making out going calls
* Inbound Experience is a plus
* Must start working immediately.
Responsibilities:
* Selling and providing information to potential customers regarding accommodations, packages, amenities and services offered, as well as attempting to upgrade accommodations. These professionals also obtain and enter guest information in a reservations database, then receive and process payment information.
